Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the process.

      Exchange Policy:

      Exchanges are applicable for: Size issues/Damaged products/Incorrect items received.

      Refunds:

      • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
      • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds require providing bank account details.

        Conditions:

        • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
        • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of damaged products, where an exchange is available.
